For the health and safety of our community, Healthy Lifestyle Classes are currently offered on Zoom unless otherwise noted.

Weekly Classes
Attending a weekly class can help create consistency in your self-care routine. Below are some of our most popular classes:

            • Mondays: Mellow Yoga, Strong & Steady, Tai Chi, Good Vibes Yoga
            • Tuesdays: You and Yoga Morning Flow, Strengthen and Soften Yoga
            • Wednesdays: Wednesday Gentle Yoga, Guided Meditation
            • Thursdays: Qi Gong, Dancing for Fitness
            • Fridays: Friday Gentle Yoga
